OnClick (Popunder) ads
Popunder is an advertising area loaded right under the main active window or a tab after a user clicks on a certain element on a Publisher’s website. In this way, Popunders also solve the problem of 'ad blindness'.
How do Popunder ads work and look like?
You do not need a creative to run Popunder campaigns, only a Target URL leading to an offer/product you would like to promote. This link is implemented in a certain element on our Publisher’s website. Then, after a user has clicked on this element, a Popunder window leading to your campaign’s URL is automatically opened in an additional window or a tab.
How to create a Popunder campaign?
Go to ‘Create Campaign’ page (1), and choose ‘OnClick (Popunder)’ in Ad Format (2). After that, you can also decide what pricing model (3) you will be running your campaign on. Popunder ads are available on CPM, SmartCPM, and SmartCPA pricing models. Fill in other fields and set the rest of the campaign settings as usual.
Under every pricing model, you have a “More information” link you can tap to learn more about it.
You can find more information about different pricing models available on our platform in the ‘Pricing models’ section of our F.A.Q. for Advertisers.
In general, OnClick campaigns are very easy to set up. You just need to insert your target URL:
Please note that if you wish to run your OnClick ads based on the SmartCPA pricing model, you will have to set test settings at the bottom of the page for such campaigns first:
After you have set everything up, do not forget to accept our Quality Guidelines and Terms & Conditions:
*This is relevant only for SmartCPA campaigns. You can find all the necessary information about test settings of smart campaigns in the ‘Pricing models’ section of our F.A.Q. for Advertisers.
